Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country, and at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission and under their supervision. You are responsible for complying with Apple App Store and Google Play rules that apply to your account.
3. License to use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the store terms of Apple or Google.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where the law allows
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, anti-cheat, or access controls
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
4. Accounts and online features
Some features may require a guest or registered account, network access, or platform sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect the service or other players.
5. Virtual items, coins, and purchases
The App may include virtual items, coins, progression, shop items, and similar content (“Virtual Content”). Virtual Content has no real-world cash value, is not redeemable for money, and is licensed to you, not sold, for use only inside the App.
Paid purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple or Google under their payment and refund rules. We do not control store billing. Unless required by law or store policy, purchases are final. We may change, reset, or remove Virtual Content as part of balancing, updates, or maintenance.
6. Advertising and rewarded features
The App may display advertisements, including rewarded ads (for example Lucky Roll). Ad content is provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Your choices around tracking and personalized ads are described in our Privacy Policy and in your device settings. Watching ads or using rewarded features is optional where the App offers that choice.
7. Acceptable use
When you use Petty Pawns, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players
- Share illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content through any chat or voice features
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity in a deceptive way
- Interfere with servers, matches, or other players’ gameplay
- Collect other users’ data without permission
We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts that break these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logos, artwork, audio, code, rules presentation, and related materials, is owned by Plugg Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of that material. Feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services (for example Apple, Google, AdMob, Firebase, and game backend providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Features may differ by platform, region, or device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for installing updates required for security or compatibility.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUGG TECHNOLOGIES LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Plugg Technologies Ltd against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you rights that cannot be waived. Courts in Ghana will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may also note them in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
