Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Petty Pawns, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of data.
2.1 Account and profile information
To create or maintain a game account (including guest or device-linked accounts via our game backend), we may process:
- A display name or username you choose or are assigned
- An email address, if you provide one for account recovery, sign-in, or support
- Account identifiers issued by our game servers (for example Nakama user IDs)
- Basic profile or progression data tied to your account (level, rewards, inventory, settings)
2.2 Device and technical information
- Device type, OS version, app version, and language or locale
- Device identifiers used for advertising, analytics, or fraud prevention where permitted by platform rules (for example advertising IDs on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS when you grant App Tracking Transparency permission)
- IP address and approximate region derived from network connection when communicating with our servers or ad and analytics partners
- Crash and diagnostic logs that help us fix bugs and stability issues
2.3 Gameplay and online activity
- Match results, in-game progress, purchases of virtual items (handled by Apple or Google), and similar gameplay data needed to run the service
- Optional voice or chat features, if enabled in a given build: we may process audio streams or message content only as needed to deliver that feature in real time. We do not sell voice or chat content. Any server-side logs kept for abuse prevention are limited and reviewed periodically
2.4 Push notifications
If you allow notifications, we may collect and store a push notification token (for example via Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send service messages such as match or account alerts. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
2.5 Advertising data
The App may show advertisements through Google AdMob and related Google advertising services. These partners may collect or receive device and advertising identifiers, interaction data (for example ad views and clicks), and approximate location or other signals as described in their own privacy policies, subject to your platform privacy choices (including ATT on iOS and Google Play advertising settings on Android).
2.6 Information you send us directly
If you email support, we receive the content of your message and the contact details you include (typically your email address). We use this only to respond to your request.
3. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve Petty Pawns (accounts, matches, progression, anti-cheat and abuse prevention)
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy or deletion requests
- Show ads and measure ad performance where the App includes advertising
- Send push notifications you have opted into
- Monitor stability, diagnose crashes, and secure our services
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the App to knowingly collect sensitive categories of data beyond what is needed to run a game and advertising SDK.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (for example the EEA or UK), we typically rely on: performance of a contract (providing the game), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), and consent where required (for example personalized advertising or ATT, or optional marketing). You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host or operate infrastructure for the game (including our game backend / Nakama servers and related cloud hosting)
- Google (AdMob / advertising and measurement) for ads and related services. See the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob help
- Apple and Google as platform operators for app distribution, in-app purchases, and push delivery
- Firebase / Google Cloud messaging components when used for push notifications or related mobile services
- Authorities or advisors when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service
Third parties process data under their own policies when they act as independent controllers (for example ad networks). Where they act as our processors, they may only process data on our instructions.
6. Children’s privacy
Petty Pawns is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact support@useplugg.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. Data retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Advertising and analytics partners may retain data according to their own retention schedules. Crash logs and support emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted to and stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Our servers and partners may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and other locations where Google, Apple, or our hosting providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Advertising choices: On iOS, use App Tracking Transparency prompts and Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use Google settings for ads personalization. You can also reset advertising identifiers in system settings.
Notifications: Disable in device Settings for Petty Pawns.

11. Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your Petty Pawns account and associated personal data by emailing support@useplugg.com with the subject line “Delete my Petty Pawns data”, and including enough information for us to locate your account (for example the email or username linked to the account, and whether you play on iOS or Android).
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, and generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law (for example to complete pending transactions or retain records we must keep). Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time until those backups cycle out. Advertising partners may retain independently collected data under their own policies. You may need to use their tools for those requests as well.
12. Third-party links and SDKs
The App may contain links or SDKs operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review them, especially Google’s policies linked above.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or by other reasonable means where appropriate. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
